Leadership Workshops that change how your team operates

We run small-group workshops for mid-level managers and first-time leaders across Scotland. Each session is built around real scenarios from your organisation, not generic case studies from a textbook. Participants leave with a written action plan they can use the following Monday.

What we offer

Four distinct workshop formats, each designed for a different stage of leadership growth. We cap every session at twelve participants so everyone gets direct feedback.

Foundations for new managers

A two-day intensive for people who have been promoted into their first management role within the past year. We cover delegation, difficult conversations, and how to set expectations without micro-managing. Participants practise each skill through role-play with a trained facilitator observing and giving notes in real time.

Strategic thinking for senior leaders

A one-day workshop aimed at directors and heads of department. The morning focuses on decision-making frameworks you can apply to budget allocation, hiring, and project prioritisation. The afternoon is a structured peer-coaching circle where each attendee brings a live strategic challenge from their own organisation.

Team alignment sessions

We facilitate a half-day session with your intact team. Before the workshop, each member completes a short diagnostic survey. On the day, we share anonymised results and guide the group through exercises that surface misaligned priorities. You walk away with a shared operating agreement your team has written together.

One-to-one leadership coaching

Six fortnightly sessions of 75 minutes each, delivered over video or in person. Every session follows a structured format: review progress on the previous commitment, explore a current challenge, agree on one concrete action for the next fortnight. We provide a written summary after each meeting so nothing gets lost.

How a workshop engagement works

From first conversation to follow-up, here is what to expect when you work with us.

1

Discovery call

We spend 30 minutes on the phone learning about your team structure, the challenges you are seeing, and what success looks like for you. There is no charge for this conversation and no obligation to proceed.

2

Proposal and scoping

Within five working days, we send a written proposal that includes the workshop format, participant count, venue requirements, and pricing. If you need us to adjust scope or combine formats, we revise the proposal at no extra cost.

3

Pre-workshop preparation

Two weeks before the session, we send each participant a short online questionnaire. Their answers shape the case studies and exercises we use on the day. We also schedule a 15-minute briefing call with you to confirm logistics.

4

Workshop delivery

Our facilitator arrives 45 minutes early to set up the room. Sessions mix short teaching segments with hands-on exercises. We keep lectures under 15 minutes at a time because adults learn by doing, not by listening.

5

Follow-up and review

Within a week, every participant receives a personalised summary of the commitments they made during the session. Thirty days later, we check in with you to see what has changed and whether a follow-up session would be useful.

What participants say has changed

We survey every participant 60 days after their workshop. These are the patterns we see most often.

Fewer escalations

Managers who attend the Foundations workshop report handling 40% more team issues independently, without escalating to their own manager. That frees up senior leaders to focus on strategy rather than firefighting.

Shorter meetings

Teams that go through an alignment session typically cut their weekly meeting time by a third. When priorities are clear and roles are defined, there is less to debate each week.

Higher retention

Three organisations that booked our coaching programme in 2023 reported zero voluntary departures in the six months following the engagement. Good management is the simplest retention tool there is.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not listed below, send us an email and we will reply within one working day.

We set a hard cap of twelve for group workshops. This keeps the facilitator-to-participant ratio at a level where everyone receives individual feedback. If you have more than twelve people, we split them into two cohorts and run the sessions on consecutive days.

Yes, though we prefer in-person delivery for the Foundations and Team Alignment formats because the role-play exercises work better face to face. The Strategic Thinking workshop and one-to-one coaching adapt well to video. We use Zoom or Teams, whichever your organisation already has.

Pricing depends on format, group size, and location. A half-day team alignment session for up to twelve people typically falls between £1,800 and £2,400 plus VAT. The two-day Foundations programme is between £3,600 and £4,500 plus VAT. We include all materials, pre-work surveys, and the 30-day follow-up in the quoted price.

We travel to anywhere in the UK for in-person workshops. For locations outside Scotland, we add travel and accommodation costs at the actual amount incurred, with no markup. Online delivery is available regardless of location.

Our lead facilitator holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. Every facilitator on our team has at least five years of experience managing people in a corporate or public-sector environment before joining us.
